You took the first step towards supporting a more sustainable financial system with sound money by using CORO. We remain committed to furthering that mission together with you and in order to best accomplish that we need to discontinue services in your state so we can focus resources on developing a stronger app and growth plan that will better serve you in the future.

For the reasons stated above we’re informing you that CORO will no longer be conducting business in your state as of today, October 1, 2021. This notice means that you are required to close your CORO account and all funds currently in your CORO account are required to be sent back to your bank account.

Per the CORO End User Licensing Agreement, you will have 30 days (until October 31, 2021) to complete the following:

  • Withdraw any USD balance in your CORO account back to your linked bank account.

  • Exchange any XAU in your CORO account for USD and withdraw the balance to your linked bank account.

Exchanging XAU to USD

Please be aware that beginning November 1, 2021, you will no longer have access to the CORO app. We highly recommend that you withdraw your funds as soon as possible.

If your balance has not been withdrawn by the deadline, on November 1, 2021, we will automatically send any remaining USD in your account back to your last linked bank account via ACH. Your XAU balance will be automatically exchanged to USD (at the market price at the time of exchange) and sent to your last linked bank account. If we cannot send the funds back to you via ACH and cannot contact you by email or phone, we will send a check to your address on file.
