If you forget your CORO password, you can reset it from the Login page.

This is true for current customers and those who have begun the sign-up process but have not yet completed validation.

Note: You will need to have access to the mobile device which is associated with your CORO username. Your new password must conform to our password policy.

  1. Tap the "Forgot Password?" on the bottom of the sign-in screen, enter the email associated with your account and press continue.

  2. You will receive an SMS message to your mobile phone number associated with your CORO account with a confirmation code. Copy or note this code and enter it into the field.

  3. The Change password page will appear.

  4. Enter your new password. The password must conform to our password policy.

  5. Confirm the password on the repeat password field and submit.

  6. Enter the mobile code you received.

  7. You will see a message confirming your password has been changed. You will also receive an email at the email address associated with your CORO account.

Tip: If you need to resend the code for any reason, tap Resend.
