If you forget your Coro password, you can reset it from the Login page. This is true for validated users or if you began the sign up process, but have not yet completed validation.
Note: You will need to have access to the mobile device which is associated with your Coro username. Your new password must conform to the password policy.
Tap the "Forgot Password?" near the bottom of the sign-in screen and enter the email associated with your account and press continue.
You will receive an SMS message to your mobile phone number associated with your Coro account with a confirmation code. Copy or note this mobile code and enter it into the field.
The Change password page will appear.
Enter your new password. The password must conform to the password policy.
Confirm the password on the repeat password field and submit.
Enter the mobile code you received.
You will see a message confirming your password has been changed. You will also receive an email at the email address associated with your Coro account.
Tip: If you need to resend the mobile code for any reason, tap Resend Text.
